Should I pursue this relationship? (Never dated before)

So I'm going to be 22 this year and I've never been kissed, still a virgin and I don't even have any straight guy friends and I met this guy on Reddit and we've been chatting for roughly 5 months and we happen to really like each other. However, he's 31 years old and lives across the country from me. I'm still in college and I don't graduate until I'm 24. I still live at home with my parents and they are very strict not allowing me to date until I graduate and ontop of that I'm going to start my nursing program in a few days. I honestly don't have my  sh*t together but at the same time I don't want to miss out on him and regret it
