Help me

Hello my names jessica I have some question if you don't mind me asking. Before my period i had these horrable cramps like i never did before then my period came on time, but only lasted two days, the day after it ended. I started to have pink spotting for 2 days by now my period would be over it only lasts me 4-5 days. But the blood that's coming out don't look like period blood.and it's only when I wipe. I've been eating alot at night and peeing alot more then I Usely do. Could I be pregnant?
