White clear sticky discharge before period

So it's about 8 days before period starts,and this morning I got like an egg white sticky discharge..it's not stretchy between the fingers just raw egg white and somewhat white..Have some cramps already since yesterday..Breast are heavy but not tender..so I don't think I'm pregnant..I think..although I have had sex 3 days before ovulation and every day after day of ovulation..just mind games right?😯
