Curious

The past few days I have been experiencing a lot of cramping and poking pains along my right side bladder and ovaries and hips, occasionally it is on my left sid along with diarreha and a burning feeling in my throat randomly ( maybe acid reflex) occasionally I feel a little nauseous or like I have to burp and throw up a little bit. That has been going on for a few months. I am four days past my period and not sure why all this is going on? I've had some people tell me it's gas, but I don't find that to be true. I have an appointment on Tuesday but jut curious what y'all had to say.
