28 weeks blood when i wiped??

In 28 weeks and 5 days and im kind of dizzy and i was having period like cramps earlier on and off but they went away and i got up to pee and when i wiped there was an extremely small amount of pinkish red blood like almost unnoticeable but im crazy and analyze my toilet paper every time i wipe to make sure theres no blood and this time there was. I havent had sex in a couple days so its not from that. Is this normal or should i be concerned? Baby is moving and everything
