period problems

So I have been having really irregular periods since for awhile, then in February of last year I got put on the depo shot and it made my arms and legs which along with my legs swelling so I got taken off of in the next month. After that I didn't have my period until December(mind you I wasn't sexually active in the being of the year). Then when I got my period in December everything was going great but two weeks after I got my period again the first week of January it only lasted three days while my last one lasted a whole week. Then the 17th I got my period again but it only lasted for two days.
