13m PP no period, what are early signs of pregnancy?

I'm breastfeeding and still no period. We do our best to be careful but had an accident and my mind is so befuddled that I could be pregnant again. 4 days after the "accident" I began mild cramping, I thought I was gonna have my af. Now I'm 9 days past accident and I have copious amounts of cm. Egg whitish, runny snot consistency. It's too early to test but I was wondering if anyone had this before and the results were.
