weight loss help 😩
Ok so I have tried plenty of times prior to this to lose weight and I always seem to gain weight. This time I went a bought a fit bit, so I can track my meals and all of my activity and water intake. I also have the fitstar app to help me properly work out (4x a week/40mins) .
I no longer drink pop or have sweets. I don't eat red meat anymore and replaced it with fish/shrimp. Salad galore with little dressing and never any cheese or croutons. Fruits and veggies throughout the day and cereal breakfast.
Once again I find myself gaining weight 😰 what am I doing wrong? What can I do better? I'm getting discouraged again and becoming very frustrated with this process. Any tips/advice would be greatly appreciated as I'm doing what I assume is right and getting the opposite results. TIA
