Help !!! (tmi) picture ...

I just posted about being on the depo shot and feeling something come out, that was about half an hour ago ... I had a lot of pain in these last 30 minutes and I came to the bathroom, this no longer looks like a blood clot ... Could this be a miscarriage.. I'm scared, I took two pregnancy tests both weeks apart from each other (not very smart I know) and both were negative ... I had begun spotting, but it was very dark brown and kinda thick... & then pink came in and yesterday it looked like abnormal period and now this ...
