How long..?

Question

For women who have had babies already how long after you lost your mucous plug did you all go into labor and deliver? Just wondering what the average time usually is. Thanks ladies!

No average. Sometimes you go into labor.  Sometimes it regrows and you won't go into labor for weeks. I lost mine a month before i had my son. I got induced after 41 weeks. I just not really an indicator of labor at all.

With my last baby I lost it and literally started contractions a few mins later ... with my first I don't remember losing it at all. ..

I never lost mine. My water never broke. Contractions started getting bad...went in I was still at 1 cm at 41 weeks. Within an hour I went from 1 cm to 6 cm. 
At 10 cm they broke my water and baby was out in 4 pushes

Didn't lose mine til I was 6 cm and in the hospital!
