Would preseed be good for me???

Would preseed be good for me too use? We've been ttc for 6 months and haven't got anything. I've just noticed after we have sex I get dry right after. I heard the wetness helps the sperm travel but I get dry quick. Should I use preseed?? If y'all have a story like mine also can y'all comment it below thanks. 😘
