Does anyone else wake up in the night with a soaking wet shirt and bra and bed because your boobs falls out of your bra and leaks milk everywhere??! How do I stop this it's getting gross 😑

OMG I thought it was just me, my boobs are always falling out . But the part that makes me upset is seeing wasting milk on my sheets 😩😂  I'm like " dammit, that's already 2 oz "

Get a nursing bra that keeps the pads inside it so they don't fall out

Hahahaha I have milk spots everywhere!!!!! 😂 I constantly wake up soaked! The only thing u can do is pump right before bed and threw the night

I wear a nursing bra and put a cloth diaper in it. Seems to stay better than normal nursing pads because yeah.. my boobs will fall out lol

I EBF and my daughter is going on 6 mos, sleeps 10-12 hours straight overnight and I don't get up to pump. She still feeds every 2 - 2 1/2 hours from the time she wakes up in the morning until she goes to sleep for the night. I have NEVER leaked at night or during the day. I do go braless most of the time since I'm home most of the time. I only where one if we're out and about, and don't wear the breast pads. I carry them just in case though because I'm paranoid. I feel like this isn't normal. Don't get me wrong, I'm stoked I don't leak, I just wonder why.

I breastfed for a full year last time.  Every single night I had to wear a nursing bra or top and the disposable nursing pads.  I never stopped leaking. You have to do this or everything you owned will be covered in sour milk.  Bamboobies disposables worked the best for me and were absorbent enough for the whole night.  I used them during the day as well as let down would happen at the most random of times
