please help in pain
Ok so I have seen many questions out there similar to mines but, I am currently 20 weeks pregnant (3rd pregnancy) and never have experienced this before. For a couple of days now I have felt tenderness around the belly button area and a really sharp pain even when i cough or sneeze. It hurts so bad I have to hold on to my belly and try to avoid coughing or sneezing too hard cause the pain is very intense, feels like my belly button is being ripped out from the inside. Other than that my pregnancy has been normal, no morning sickness, but if I stand for too long pain, if I lift something pain now for three day straight the pain n it like its not going anywhere Has anyone else felt this before? Can someone tell me if its normal?
