Any prenatal with DHA will do just fine. I suggest a gummy. I just started spring valley prenatal gummies and they are sooo yummy!! I was taking nature made prenatal multi + DHA but they are like cow pills and I am already taking meds for nausea, calcium with vit d and b6. So one less cow pill is better.

Any prenatal with folic acid and DHA is great! The first one I had didn't have either of those two and my ob suggested I switch to something with those two things in it! DHA helps promote brain and eye development and folic acid is just good for baby(: I'm now 32+4 with a healthy baby girl!! Good luck and congrats (:
