birth control??

Okay so this is my fourth baby and for sure dont want kids for like 5 yrs lol ive tried pills end up forgetting or missing i got pregnant twice lol depo makes me gain weight and have bad thoughts .. pills also make me have bad headache 🤕 ... anything else out there ?? Idk what to choose 😤 i dont like anything inside my body it creeps me out n feel it willget lost or something bad is guna happen 😓🙏🏼
