excuse my face.. it's been a very hard week..
this is my first time holding my precious baby ❤ i had Nolan at 27 weeks and he's been doing amazing he will be 29 weeks on Saturday and i am so proud of him.
but today his dr called me and told me that he thinks Nolan has a heart murmur known as PDA.
i'm praying for the best and i know he is a strong fighter.
