Group B, Chorioamniotits?

Unfortunately I suffered a MC and loss my twin girls @ 19weeks due to Chorioamniotits, an infection in the placenta. It has been almost a year and the pain doesn't get any easier to deal with. My husband and I are trying desperately to conceive again. Also with that pregnancy I tested positive for Group B strep! Has anyone suffered a loss due to chorio? Were you able to concieve and go full term after? Has anyone tested positive for Group B and went a healthy 9months to delivery? Last question, has anyone tested positive for Group B for one pregnancy but negative for another? Any comments or advice is highly welcomed. Baby dust 💞👶🏽
