TTC after Chemical Pregnancy

Has anyone had luck conceiving shortly after experiencing a chemical pregnancy?

I found out that I was pregnant December 24, 2014 and by the 26 I had started bleeding. A week later my HCG had dropped to 3, and I was told that it had been a chemical pregnancy, and had to follow my level all the way to 0.

Me and my SO have been TTC, and my period is now 2 days late (not getting my hopes up just yet)

Am I able to conceive this early following a CP? And if I do get pregnant, should I worry about complications?
