Spotting after period

Should I be concerned? I had my period for 3 days. Which is normal. It's basically a medium to heavy for two days and supper light in the third and then I'm completely done for the month. Yesterday and today(day 4 and 5) I have been spotting dark down stuff. Do you think I should be concerned if tha is totally abnormal? I did have a D&E in October. This is my third period since and the first two were normal. Maybe just still adjustments? I don't know, but I am having anxiety over it. Last cycle was the first time we TTC since the MC and this is very unusual. Thank you all for your thoughts!
