what's it like to own a cat / kitten ?

How much does it cost you to take care of it ? And any advice for first timers who are considering adopting one .....

In my opinion I think owning a cat is great!!! This is jasmine my grandmother adopted her in 2009 as a Christmas gift and she's one of 5 cats 😂😂 I love her with all my heart and I think that having a cat is one of the greatest things on the planet, she pisses me off from time to time but I love her!💙

It's so great. I got my first cat 6 months ago and I love him so much. So much easier than a dog. I buy him litter and food that's it and treats and other things because it's really inexpensive. I buy litter for $1 and there's foods that's a dollar at the dollar store. The canned food is like $5 for 12 cans. I might spend less than $20 a month on him. This is anakin. He jumps on any high place and loves taking naps and cuddling with me. He's just my favorite little fur ball.

I would always suggest adopting, since there are so many in pounds. Cat vs kitten is really up to you.

The good litter (fresh step imo) is upwards of $20 a box, and the cat food really depends on the brand. Plus shots, neutering, etc. declawing (if you choose to do so), but cat trees if not!

Kitty litter and food... I usually spend around 35 a month on both and I bought a cat house and toys and I but cat treats....
