help?

I've been having rather odd discharge today. It is sticky almost and tinged with blood? The first isn't abnormal as I'm starting my fertile week and that's how my discharge seems to be at that point in my cycle. However, the blood freaked my out a bit. To be straight to the point, I was fingered rather roughly yesterday. Do you think that's what the blood is from?
