Depressed about my new body

Okay well first off I was addicted to meth for 3 years so ofcourse I was super skinny and confident back then. I have been clean for 7 months now and naturally I have gained quite alot of weight since coming off it.

Ontop of that extra weight gain.. I am also 20 weeks pregnant, so ofcourse the weight gain just keeps coming ;( . I cant help but feel so depressed about it. I mean dont get me wrong I am so proud of myself for getting clean and I love my new life style, I just hate the way I look and it really gets me down :(.

Is there any safe way I can try getting in shape while pregnant? mainly its my legs that bother me, id love to lose a little weight and tone them. Is there any excercises that are safe and anyone can recomend? or any diets that are safe?

Any advice is much appreciated, and please, no judgment. Thanks ladies.
