Staying fit during pregnancy
I need tips and advice... I worked out before I got pregnant and also ate healthy. When I started my weightloss journey I was 178 lbs. I got down to 146 but when the holidays came around I didn't have a gym to workout anymore and obviously ate more than usually and got back up to 155. I've managed to stay at 155 (I'm 11 weeks pregnant) but I feel like I look how I looked at 178 😔 how can I safely gain some strength and muscle back without hurting myself or baby? I've done some exercising but when I do I feel dizzy and that worries me. I just need some advice
