Are you considered high risk if..(multiple questions)

If you have any of the following ..?

If you have asthma ?

If you have gestational diabetes?

If you test positive for group B strep?

I'm wondering if you would be considered high risk for these individually not if you have all 3 at the same time. If you are sure about one and not the others that's fine !! Thanks so much. I'm wondering because I'm getting those two tests soon and my asthma has been acting up recently and I'm trying to deliver at a birthing center but they wouldn't allow it if you're high risk
