Any chance anyone can help me out?

My daughter astrid passed during delivery 12-9-15 And now he was to do the a C section at 4 weeks Premature. I have had (naturally) 3 healthy boys and one girl pass. I know he doesn't the testing I want or I ask for and he also kinda puts what I think to the side. Even my questions I feel like are unanswered.... any opinions on premature baby's by choice so early? Or does any one have experienced anything like this ?????? I'm seeing two dr but they are friends so not much happens.
