Nexplanon scar swelling up

I've had my nexplanon for almost a year without any problems. I just got out of the shower and saw what looks and feels like a hives bump on the scar where it was inserted. I bought a new car and I'm learning how to drive it and I usually break out when I get nervous. Oh, and I have eczema. I've never seen a bump pop up on my arm like this. What do y'all think I should do?
