Vulva bumps

I have tried almost every type of affordable hair removal technique, and I have finally decided waxing is the best for me. The only thing is, is that I constantly get ingrown hairs and bumps that I can't identify despite my efforts of exfoliation and ingrown hair serum. I get the worst bumps mostly in the center, so the last time I got waxed I kept a small triangle, but it still doesn't seem to help. Any thoughts or suggestions???
