gas pains left with a sore stomach

I'm 12 weeks pregnant and last night I believed I was suffering from extreme gas and bloating pains, my stomach was swollen, making loud noises and was hurting all over. After a big poop and a few trumps, I feel a bit better but now been left with a sore lower abdomen near baby. I'm worried that all this has hurt my baby because it was so horrible and I've been left with this after pain 😭.
