just a little worried don't wanna be pregnant again

Just have a question a bit worried. I had my surgery to take out my left tube December 11 and I was told no sex for 6 weeks. At my follow up which was January 11 my doctor did a blood test to check my levels and they went down to negative. I had sex around January 8th which was the 5th week after surgery and it's already been 2 weeks since I had sex and im having a little bit of lower right cramping. It's probably cause I've been super depressed and stressed out that I'm not eating right but you never know.  0 pregnancy symptoms but I just want to test tomorrow to be sure since I had sex on the 8th of January cause I don't wanna be pregnant right now and have another ectopic. Should the test be really accurate at 2 weeks if negative should I repeat? Hoping it's negative 😔
