So today around 1 i took 2 tablespoons of castor oil, didnt really do anything but made me poop. At 5 i took 1 tablespoon and i started having painless regular contractions but they eventually stopped this was around 8 pm. At 9 i took 1 tablespoon again and went to bed. Woke up with horrible left side lower back pain , changing positions didnt help. I got up and ended up needing to poop again then i sat in a hot shower. That didnt help my back pain. So right now im laying down on my side and the back pain is still there and im having some more painless contractions. What should i do???? Im a FTM
