tightness feeling in lower abdomen ?

Hey ladies. I am 5W1D , first appointment is not until week 8.  First pregnancy, every little thing creeps me out and makes me worry.  This morning I have this tightness feeling in my lower left abdominal area between my left pelvic bone and center of body.  Have been having cramping all over the last few days. No spotting/bleeding at all. Are these just normal growing pains? Thanks in advance !
