freaking out!!!

I feel like I am freeking out 😮😮 My period is 13 days late. I am trying to concive and I did the HCG test three times this week. On 17.01 it was 56, on the 19th it was 96 and today it is 170. But today I went to the gyno, and he told me that he can't see anything 😥 and it could be that it is a late pregnancy, the baby is not developed or it is outside the womb. I am feeling so down, as I had one miss carriage 5 months ago. Any helpp!! Or if you have similar experiences please share 😑 ❤
