Super early pregnancy symptoms!?

So my so and I started TTC on the 25th of this month. That same night I had weird cramping in my lower abdominal area along with a lot of noise,  fullness in that same area, And yesterday night I woke up to use the bathroom, and I had heartburn..I NEVER  get heartburn! And I never wake up to use the bathroom at night! And I never get cramps... Ever. I thought I was loosing it until I googled early pregnancy symptoms and I found a website where women claimed to just "know" after sex or a couple days after. Then weeks after they updated that they were dr confirmed pregnant! Any of  you ladies ever experienced something similar to this? If so, share your story!
