HELP!?

Okay! So, I took a pregnancy test this morning and it looked negative. I put it in the zipper of my book bag and forgot it for about an hour. I took it out and staring back at me was a blue plus sign. I know it says not to read it outside of the ten minutes, however two of my friends tests didn't show positive for a few hours because of how low their hormone levels were being very early in their pregnancy. There has also been several other stories like this that I have read online. SOS. Pregnant or not??????
