Those who got pregnant soon just after giving birth what were your symptoms ? Did you know ??

I had sex roughly 3 weeks pp for the first time ( I don't plan on getting on birth control we plan on using condoms) didn't have a condom so he pulled out but he's not sure if he pulled out fast enough and of some got.in me . I'm very paranoid . I'm currently only a month PP and I'm having some cramps .So I'm.even more paranoid and the night after we did it I had a dream we were having triplets 😥.
