We have yet to tell our two boys they are 10 & 3 that they are getting a baby sister witch is exactly what they had been asking for. Our oldest has been asking for a little sister since we had his brother. Need some special ideas to surprise/announce to them.

For my niece I'm going to buy a pair of little shoes, depending on the gender. since we find out gender this week.
She's 4 so all I will have to ask is "do you know who these are for?" And she will know it's for her cousin.
