Cramping after iui

Been cramping bad after <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">IUI</a> was done yesterday and today! Also had some spotting yesterday but dr. said that can happen sometimes due to cervix irration from procedure. Anyone else have bad cramping and get a BFP?
