Ingrown hair inside vaginal lip ?

Okay so I have this three bumps on my genital area and I feel like it's an ingrown hair and when i touch it it feel like a bump ? When I look there are just pimple I have herpes type two so I know it's not an outbreak but I want this gone I try pluking some out and Ouuuch that hurt lol but it seem to relif it any suggestion ??
