7 weeks with dark brown discharge

But im 7 weeks along and when i went to go to the bathroom i had dark brown discharge on my underwear. I have previously miscarried and that time it was bright red accompanied by heavy cramping and abdominal pain.
Im trying not to worry because i heard that spotting can happen when your pregnant. And i dont feel any cramping or pain.
I am still sexually active with my Husband and we did BD last night. Do you guys think its anything to worry about or just a small bleed from the happy dancing ??
