Different Views

I am a feminist and believe in equality for everyone and acceptance of everyone but my boyfriend thinks feminism is dumb. Like we were talking about how women still get paid less than men and he's like "you guys are arguing over a couple of cents" and I told him how that's not the point. He said like why don't you just work your asses off and move up the ladder. I sit here in awe at the fact he thinks like that. I love him to death and he treats me great and he says he believes in equality but sometimes I wonder if I can be with someone who doesn't stand up for my rights. Idk I'm conflicted lol
