Is it there? Am I seeing it? Am I crazy??

3 days past AF, about 18 dpo.. took a test yesterday and got bfn! Took this one this morning and I think I see a faint line?! Trying not to psych myself out though! 
No sign of AF, has some symptoms of early pregnancy though. I'm the worst for symptom spotting though! 🙈
