Please opinions!!

I took pt last 2 days came out faint line in morning then afternoon i toom again and it was a extremely faint like i can see it on the tweak the yesterday i decided to go to the doctor and before i get there i test again 2 pt to know if it still there then came out vvvvvvfl the other came negative so i went to the doctor they didnt see a sac but my endoctremial lining is thickened that can lead to just a missed period or a very early pregnancy today i tested like i hold my pee for a 1hour and now i see a faint faint line can i be lead to preggers?
