I'm so confused! I'm going crazy!!!

I'm officially two days late for AF- I've been spotting and I've had some cramping, but when I took a a hpt this morning it came back negative and I'm NEVER late- I want to be pregnant so bad and I just don't know what to think!  Any advice???
