4 weeks 6 days

Congrats to all the mommy's to be out there. I'm 4 weeks and 6 days and I'm a little worried because I've been pregnant before and they ended up in miscarriages but along with those times I was pregnant I had bad morning sickness and this time I don't feel anything. Just sore breast, so I'm little worried that my HCG levels aren't high enough or maybe I'm just overexaggerating and I'm too early in the pregnancy to have any symptoms. My first doctors appt is tomorrow and I'm excited but also nervous. Has anyone else gone through this?
