When to go to the doctors ?

I'm exactly 6 weeks today (FTM due Sept.17)☺️. With that being said my very first appointment is on Jan.31st, at this pregnancy center. They only offer a one time pregnancy ultrasound and after that you're on your own and have to go to the doctors. So when should I go to a doctor ? I'm 17 and don't have insurance yet but I'm working on Applying for the Maryland Pregnacy Medicaid, also I do work and go to a community college part time . So what are my chances of being accepted for the Mediciaid ?
