tender nipples...why?😕

Why is it that my nipples are feeling tender.... like they also hurt some and are getting a bit hard😕???

Are you close to getting your period? That can cause nipple tenderness. Or if your partner plays with them during sex or even if you do if can happen too.

Mine are always tender but my s/o plays with them a lot and they are pierced. I wonder the same thing.
