Has anyone tried the sperm meets egg plan?

I just read about it and now I'm thinking that my husband and I didn't have enough sex.  I'm wondering if I haven't conceived due to this.  I feel like now I just sort of wasted the last couple months I've been trying.  Has anyone had succcess with this method??  Why is getting prego so hard 😭😭

I tried every day sex and it hasn't worked so don't worry about it as every woman is diff! We are kinda following SMEP this cycle so fingers crossed! Altho I got my positive OPK nearly 2 days earlier than normal 🤗 x

We kind of followed that this month. Normally have a 28/29 day cycle and at currently day 31 and still no AF, but still no BFP either! So I'm going a little crazy right now lol

I've had 2 bfpusung this method! I swear by it! It gave me my rainbow baby & currently 27 weeks with 3rd pregnancy

We did. First month trying it I got my BFP. Also cough medicine in fertile week to improve fertile cm and pineapple in smoothies around 6 or 7 dpo for implantation.

I followed it last fertile window and I'm now 5w 1d pregnant. I also used conceive plus in place of our usual lubricant. Oh, and I drank more Christmas to New Year. I got pregnant with #1 over my birthday week when I drank more than usual! Coincidence?!

Yes and hubby hated it.  It also didn't work.  I got pregnant doing every other day as advised by my Dr.

I had sex once yrs ago and got pregnant. Essentially if you just have sex before you ovulate that's the best so sperm is waiting.
