pregnant right after giving birth from a miscarriage..

Ladies, I gave birth to my miscarried twins on the 11th of this month. I was supposed to be 16 weeks but they measured out to be 14 so I miscarried between that time frame but didn't know it. I know you're supposed to wait so many weeks to have sex again but once my bleeding slowed down, we had sex twice and that's been 11 days since I was in the hospital. Could it be possible that I'm pregnant again not even 2 weeks after I was in the hospital? I would also like to add that ever since we had sex my bleeding has slowed down even more.
