Nipple discharge

I don't know why, but I have a tendency of squeezing my nipple just because lol. I'm weird I know. But sometimes when I squeeze them I get a clear discharge (the tiniest bit). You can barely see it because it's never a lot. Is it something I should be concerned about or is it normal? I'm not pregnant, haven't had sex in 5 months
