FTM QUESTION

I'll b 36w+3dys at midnight nd this pregnancy has tooken a tool on my bdy probably bcuz i hav soooooo many broken nd damaged bones my baby boy is starting to effect my asthma pretty bad lately my doctor won't strip my membrane until im at least 37weeks im already 1cm dilated nd 50% effaced wat can i do to jump start labor??? and just so no1 thinks im being careless my son is measuring 2weeks ahead
